Importing parties (customers and vendors) using Excel file is quite easy. We developed SureQR considering the fact that you are already running ERP, HRMS or any other program where you maintain records of parties. You can export list of parties from your program and import it in SureQR in a few clicks. We also provide Sample File to facilitate the import process. Here are the steps to follow - Login SureQR
- Go to List-> Parties from the navigation on left
- Download Sample file for import
- Your Excel file with data of parties should have column titles matching with those of Sample file. Or you can alternatively use Sample file and fill required information
- After you have compiled the data, hit Import button on right, press Browse and select your excel file with data.
- Tick Column Header in Line # 1 if your sheet has titles for the columns
- Make sure Skip first 1 lines is not selected if all records being imported do not already exist in SureQR
- Make sure Date format is persistent through out the sheet and enter this format carefully.
- Relevent fields must be selected for every column of your sheet. If there is empty field for a column, select matching field before hitting Import. Columns without field selected on top will not be imported. You can also see on import page how it is going to be imported before hitting Import button.
