How to customize QR code and Verification Pages

The readability of a QR code is primarily determined by the size, the input length, the error correction level and any possible logo over the image so you can tweak these parameters here. Improper settings may make your QR Code unreadable. Always increase size of QR code if you raise security level or logo size of QR code.

Settings page is self explanatory. Information about each item is displayed as tooltip. Settings page is divided into two tabs.

QR Code tab includes all the options to customize QR Codes. This tab breaks page into further three sub tabs; Documents, Assets and Employees. Go to relevant sub tab to customize label, size, colors and location of QR code.

Explore Verification Page tab to change your domain, logo, header color, and other items for verification pages of documents, assets and employees.  You can also set timezone to conveniently track QR codes.

Subdomain

One of the features that come with paid subscriptions is Subdomain. Your verification pages can run on your domain like yourcompany.com or auth.yourcompany.com. Though you can add primary domain, yourcompany.com, we call it subdomain because generally your primary domain like yourcompany.com is reserved for official website, other functionalities like document verification are hosted on subdomains.

Content hosted on your domain or subdomain is part of official communication from your organization. No other company can control what is published on your domain. Verification pages running on your subdomain increases authencity of your documents multifolds. Infact, it leaves no room for doubt.

Subdomain is saved in Settings only after being verified.
