SureQR Offers QR Code tracking for documents, employees and assets out of the box. No configuration is required at your end. You will get notification at right top of screen when QR Code is scanned. Taping notification will lead to QR Code that was scanned. You can see date/time, IP address, coordinates and location on the map of the person who scanned it. Tracking information is available on the view page of a document, asset or employee which can be accessed from List page by clicking on magnifying glass icon. Tracking information appears only after the QR code is scanned at least once. Map is available if person scanning QR code has location enabled on his device and allows permission to share his location. Otherwise, you have tracking information with his IP address only. In which case you can know only city and date/time. Some browsers, e.g. Chrome, do not share location information on HTTP URL. SureQR redirects HTTP URL in your QR Code to HTTPS within three days after you sign up https compatible plan. By then you may not be able to see Map even if the conditions meet. |
