Steps to add a party and print Envelope Labels with QR Code

In order to facilitate QR Code generation for documents, you need to add Parties in SureQR. QR Code for the party is automatically generated after new Party is added. Here are simple steps to add a Party

1. Go to Add Party in left navigation pane
2. Fill information about the Party.
3. Press Save to add a party

You can also import parties from csv or Excel file to avoid manual entry for each party

How to print label for envelopes

1. Go to List -> Parties
2. Select parties you need labels for
3. Select the columns you would like to appear on labels
4. Hit print icon on right, choose how many labels should be printed on each A4 size paper
5. Press Large Label or Small Label. a new tab will open containing labels. Press Ctrl+P, select printer and press Print button. 

Note: QR Codes generated for parties will include contact person, party name, address and phone number only.
